nautilus told investors this week that it will be exploring, "divestitures for non-core assets, including the company's technical apparel business, Pearl iZUMi."
During a conference call, newly appointed Nautilus CEO Robert Falcone said that Pearl Izumi is performing well, but it has seen “less synergy than [Nautilus] originally anticipated.”
